The Resurgence Squad is a selected group of mission-driven representatives trusted to carry Resurgifi into the hands of people, families, programs, and communities rebuilding their lives.
This is a paid representative role for people who can carry the mission with honesty, boundaries, and follow-through.
The Role
Trusted to Carry It
Representatives help introduce the Resurgifi reflection book and digital platform to people, families, programs, and organizations that may benefit from structured reflection, emotional awareness, storytelling, and recovery-support tools.
This is not about pushing a product. It is about placing meaningful tools into the right hands.
Resurgifi does not replace therapy, treatment, sponsorship, peer support, or clinical care. It is designed to complement those supports by giving people something they can return to between sessions, meetings, groups, or difficult moments.
Why It Matters

A reflection book becomes more powerful when someone explains why it matters. A platform becomes more accessible when someone trusted introduces it.
The Squad exists for real conversations: around tables, in programs, after groups, inside communities, and in quiet spaces where someone may be ready for a tool that helps them keep reflecting.

What Reps Do
Carry the Mission
Representative work is practical, relational, and bounded. It is about responsible introductions, approved language, and clear follow-through.
Share the Platform
Explain how Resurgifi expands the State of Inner through guided reflection, character-based prompts, emotional awareness, and ongoing support.
Connect Communities
Help treatment centers, sober homes, churches, peer groups, and organizations understand how Resurgifi may fit into their setting.
Use Approved Language
Respect boundaries, avoid clinical promises, and represent Resurgence Labs with care.
Gather Feedback
Listen to what people, programs, and communities need so Resurgifi can keep growing in the right direction.
Place Tools Responsibly
Support outreach, sample-copy placement, community introductions, and mission-driven growth.
Who We Look For
The Right People
We are looking for people who can carry the Resurgence name with honesty, humility, consistency, and care.
Some are called to carry it.
A strong representative may bring lived experience, recovery experience, professional experience, community connections, outreach skills, faith-community involvement, peer-support experience, or a deep belief in the mission.
Belief matters. Readiness matters too. This role may involve speaking with vulnerable people, families, programs, and organizations.

Many people who connect with Resurgifi have lived experience, and we honor that. Lived experience can create empathy, credibility, and connection.
Public representation requires boundaries, consistency, and the ability to carry the mission responsibly. A representative is not just sharing their own story; they are representing a recovery-centered platform in front of people and organizations.
If now is not the right season for someone to represent the Squad publicly, that does not mean they are outside the mission. It simply means their own comeback may still deserve care, support, and protection before they step into a representative role.
We love the comeback. We also protect the mission.

Representatives introduce the tools, explain the mission, share approved materials, and help connect people and organizations with Resurgifi responsibly.
Compensation
Mission First. Fair Commission.
Resurgence Squad Representatives are mission-driven first, and this is a paid representative role.
Accepted representatives are compensated through a fair commission-based structure connected to approved outreach, book orders, program introductions, community engagement, and other representative activity authorized by Resurgence Labs.
A representative may earn commission when they help generate individual book orders, group orders, program interest, facility introductions, community partnerships, or other approved Resurgifi opportunities.
Additional commission-based incentives, bonuses, and campaign opportunities may also be available as the Squad grows.
Paid Representative Role
Accepted Resurgence Squad Representatives are compensated through a fair commission-based structure.
Ways to Earn
Representatives can earn through approved book orders, group orders, program introductions, community engagement, and Resurgifi opportunities.
Mission Comes First
Representatives are selected because they believe in the purpose of Resurgifi and can carry the mission responsibly.
Growth Incentives
Additional commission-based incentives, bonuses, and campaign opportunities may become available as the Squad expands.
